Hi all

Planning to book a flat in kalakriti apaertments tarnaka. 3 BHK, 1780 sft. Is it a good venture. how about the builder. its just under the starting point of moula ali bridge. what will be the correct rate in that venture? have anybody booked there?

pls share...the rate he says is 3000 per sft.

New project. Will finish by mid/late 2013. Already flats oversupply situation around this area. Location is excellent. Layout appears good. Should not pay more than 2500-2700 psf INCLUDING all amenities charges.

Hi

They say now the rate has increased and is 3150/-. This is last week status. They also say 95% flats are booked already.

dear all
i am one of the guys who has booked a place. booked for good place and close to metro.
booked it october / november 2011. that rate you might not get now as the NRIs are pumping money in hdy realty.
the guy does not have exp in building such complex projects and has past exp in only
small residential.
my exp with him says he will not go below 3100 today.

yes. i have booked it there. i got a it at less than 2950.
