Default Narne Estates East City

I had purchased a 250 sq yard plot in East City Sector 4 in Bibinagar, Hyderabad in 1997. I am in the Army and have not been able to visit Hyderabad for quite some time.

I would like to enquire from other members who have some knowledge of reality of Hyderabad, the following:-

a] Prospects of Narne Estates in near future [next 3 to 5 years]
b] Rates being offered if i want to sell the plot
c] What should one do?

Thanks in advance.

a) Prospects: moderate / average
b) Current Rates: don't know
c) To do: depends on your circumstances and the market conditions.

Bibinagar and Bhongir are going to be railway terminals soon. All the trains coming from those routes till Sec'bad will stop there and from that point one should be coming into the city by MMTS. So your plots will get a good rate in future.
