Need Information on Registration and Stamp Duty
Hi,
I have bought a flat in KPHB Colony for a Market Value of 25Lacs. Now, i want to know How much Registration charge and Stamp Duty will imposed on me? You will be paying stamp duty on whichever is higher: Govt market value or transaction amount.

I suggest you check Real Estate Documents, real estate legal documents, Real Estate tax for details.
