Hi All,

i am planning to purchase independent house or open plot(ready to construction) near by chanda nagar, miyapur, BHEl etc as it is nearer to Hitech city and Gachibowli.. aim i planning in a rightway ? are these areas are good to live ? please suggest me if, you know any better place than the above.

What about your budget for both ? ?

If you are planning to construct house after couple of years, you may prefer to purchase a plot in HUDA layout. If not you may prefer Independent house in the areas closer to your place of working.

Miyapur is a prime location. If you change your decision and want to go for ready constructed apartment then Check out SMR Holdings - SMR VINAY CITY and SMR VINAY METROPOLIS. SMR really provide good amenities at reasonable cost.
