Property Fraud by Developer in Sri Krishna Colony
Hi All,
I have booked a property by paying Rs 5000 to the developer of Duplex house in Sri Krishna colony in Neredmet Hyderabad. Later, when I wanted to go for an Agreement of sale I was informed by the developer that he has sold the property to someone else. asked him to return my Rs 5000 and he is denying to return it. I have taken a written confirmation from the developer (not on stamp paper) that he has collected Rs 5000 towards booking of the house. I have xexox copies of all the link documents and EC with me. Please advise on the course of action I should follow to get my money back. Can I approach this case legally to get my money back.
