Regarding Sale Deed
Hi,
I have 2 questions: 1) In Hyderabad, does the bank take the registered sale deed as a security for bank loan. If yes, then will it give an acknowledgment to the buyer that it has kept such a document for security? 2)For NRIs is it ok if the registered sale deed contains their current foreign address? I have relatives whose sale deed mentions the names of the NRI buyers, their current address as well as the permanent address. But there is no mention of the person who presented it before the registrar. Is this fine? |
