Applying for Huda scheme by Minor
Hi,
I am looking to apply for HUDA's latest scheme in Rohtak, but I would like to apply it with my daughter's name who is a minor. Please tell me if this can be done. If yes, what would be the procedure to apply in case of minor. Thanks |

As per me, yes a Minor can apply but not sure about it.
Looking for this information from other senior members. |

no a minor cannot apply in a HUDA plot scheme.it is clearly mentioned on brochures of all previous schemes floated by them in the past.
infact a minor can never apply in any housing scheme in india. |

But I could not find such instruction in the current brochure. Could you point me to such guideline available in the current brochure for Sector 5, Rohtak?
