DDA alottment case 1979 MIG scheme
Hello team,
my dad booked a flat under DDA 1979 scheme for MIG. he passed away in 1998 and the flat came out in 1999.
my mother had already informed DDA to get mutation done in her name however no response was provided by DDA.
when the flat finally came out in 1999 she submitted initial amount of INR 20,000 in order to get the flat however corrupt DDA officials kept asking her to submit the same documents again and again. after few months DDA sent a letter that she can claim refund of amount submitted to DDA.
we have been trying to write to DDA explaining them that mutation was delayed from there end as all papers had been submitted atleast 12 to 15 times however we still get reply from DDA for refund. they never mention why mutation was not done.
Kindly let me know what would be the best and fastest approach to get the flat from DDA which we rightfully deserve.
we have all the original documentation and corresspondence with DDA have also filed RTI's which have not been replied
