Hi, what action we can take if builder delays in handing over possession from his committed date..Is there any rule which allows us to ask for compensation

Usually Builders mention some compensation details in sale deed. Not sure.

My builder(VGN) offers 4 Rs per sq.ft for vgn la parisienne flat. Which comes less than 4K for me. Actually I am paying 28K towards bank interest.
