how to findout wether the land is under litication or not before buying?

Hi Nagraj, to find out if the land in under litigation or not u must first go through its latest hand written (and not computerised)7/12 extract ,mutation entries,take a search report from ur lawyer the search must be such that it should be done through all the registration offices available in ur city.then u should make a general paper notice in ur local news paper to get any objection from general public regarding the said land u are purchasing.and then u can enter into a register deed with the owner....
