Looking for Power of Attorney Document for an apartment in Bangalore
I purchased a flat in Bangalore and am planning to get it registered.
I want to give power of attorney to my brother-in-law so that he can get the apartment registered. I need the actual format of POA so that I can go ahead and start the process. Can somebody post the actual format of POA document which will be valid in Bangalore. An early reply would be really Appreciated. |
