Mall owner did't say yes on registry .. we bought a shop in ludhian - Real Estate India

I bought a shop in ludhiana ( Mall)..but now owners refused to give us possesion.. we allready give him half the money......they just try to avoid ...cuz the prices of shops r up ...So how can i get legally possesion of the shops... i offerd him the rest of the money.. but they r just making excuses....
plz help us .... (LUDHIANA PUNJAB) ...

where is the BBA ...any written argreement . . .any legal paper worok , allotment letter .go in group .. take legal action and dont follow the old saying - kuch nahin hoga..its your money and you should fight for it .. . .thodi si himmat and bahut sara dimag . . .may god bless you.

Fix a price with a good lawyer - Job done in a considerable time and he will get he money...
send him a legal warning through court... by the way ..what are the basis of him saying no . . .
