Dear Sir
hi I am an NRI, looking for buying new property at kandivali so how to work for power attorney It is possible that Me & My Mr. shall give our power of attorney in favour of my father & father in law. As I talked to one builder he said POA should be issue in favour of one person only if its true, why ? , which law is applicable for the same Please send me the format for POA to be issued in favour of my father & father in Law & another in favour of builder for Loan process Which bank process is very smooth & economically beneficial for Home Loan (SBI) Please give advise on the same Regds Asha Makwana |

Yes POA should be issue in favour of only one person
don't give POA to other persons |
