Default Power of Attorney Question!

If a person has a power of attorney on a real estate property that has 6-7 owners and if one of the owners dies then what will happen to POWER OF ATTORNEY?

Will it be dimissed??
Or it will remain to the person as it is ?
Or we have to sign the power of attorney again from all the owners.??
