Power of attorney for Registration
Hi,
I have purchased a flat in Kolkata,India and the registration needs to be done for the same.I want to execute power of attorney on my brother's name so that he can complete the registration process on my behalf. I am currenlty in Kolkata but will be leaving soon and would like to finish the process so that my brother can complete the registration (after few months) on my behalf. I would like to know the actual process of executing power of attorney from here. Thanks. Regards, Anshuk |

Freehold complaint procedure
HI ,
I have a builder flat in Delhi. All three of us got togetther & applied for freehold , its been 15 months , we have not got any letter from DDA. My neighbours also are acting funny, can i independently file for freehold, in situation of any dispute , is there a way out to get the freehold done independently.
