Project : Pratham Enclave Aurangabad.

- This builder build Substandard quality of house in above mentioned project.
- No timely completion of project.
- Do not keep promise and only money oriented.
- No transparency in translation.

Main issues :
1. This enterprise started project name Pratham Enclave at Aurangabad (Maharashtra).
2. Project with 21 Row houses.
3. At the time of booking he mentioned Park (garden area) and clubhouse in layout.
4. People who booked property in project are simple and straight forward and by taking advantage of this fact RK group sold Park (garden area) to some influential person belong to some political party (This is unconfirmed information at this point of time.. we will investigate more on this)
5. RK group sold only water resource available in the premises to third party and started giving new promises to dig one more for people living in premises.

This matter is now in court and hopfully. our judicial system will give relief to common man in this country depending on facts.

After reading file full with facts i am strongly convinced that it is risk to do any translation with RK group.
