Hi forum,
We have a property which on paper in the name of my father and one his brother. But there are 3 brothers living in the house and having there electricity, water bills in their respective names. So I would like to know if the two brothers want to sell the property can they sell it by themselves or will they will have to give a share to third brother. Also a court registery is in the name of two brothers but the third brother has done something and has paper from DDA that they have a right on property. Will that paper be a valid document? Thanks for the help. Regards MS |
