Hello Experts,

I have done sale deed for a resale flat, society of which is not formed yet.

I submitted Builder NOC to LIC HFL, from where I have taken home loan.

A NOC photocopy was asked by my lawyer to attach with sale deed draft. But by mistake I gave him some other sale deed of someone else ( it was an exampler NOC with me). So its like a vague document attached in sale deed, which has no meaning in it.

Now, I wish to know that,

1. Apart from a standard draft, are there any other documents, such as NOC, must to be scanned in a sale deed?

2. Is there necessity to remove that vague NOC from my sale deed by doing correction deed?

3. Are there any problems I could face in future ( while producing sale deed for address proof or while selling the flat in future? )
