Seek solution for selling a property
I had purchased a flat in kolkata in the year 1998 from 2nd owner in power of attorney and promoter as confirming party, now i want to register my property, do i need the consent of first purchaser or promoter for signing the sale deed. ??
what should i do if the 1st purchaser refuse to sign ?? kindly tell me the procedure of registering my property ?? |
