I have a flat in hyderabad, I had given the money to purchase this flat but it was registered with my mother's name in 2004 year; she was expired in 2006 year; I am married person and have father, two sisters and one brother. All the registration documents are with me;

Every body knows that I had given the money to purchase the flat, but there is no written proof; I registered with my mother's name as It was the first house I was purchasing.

I am paying the house tax from the year when It was purchased.

Please let me know the procedure to transfer this property and to register with my name.
