What does Registration mean for apartments under construction?
Hi,
I had booked an apartment in HM Symphony, Bangalore. The builder was supposed to deliver the apartment by March 2008 but it is still under construction. Recently I got an email from them that I should start preparing for the registration and get it registered by June 2009. 1. How can I register an apartment which is still under construction? 2. If I register it then how will the builder's responsibility ease? 3. What is the difference between Registration and Possession? Please guide me with your expertise. Thanks, Niket |
