Best Builder Colonizer and Colony - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi All,

Planning to buy a plot of 1500 Sq FT. Suggest a good area with 3 yrs view.
my first priority is:
1. Decent infrastructure or decent plan for new infrastructure.
2. Good builder with nice/clean development. Not a money churing menatality but even good reputation for long term.
3. All clearances obtained. (not chit/diary system etc).

I would suggest you Countywalk.

It fits all your requirements:
1. Infrastructure is good as it's on bypass and the biggest mall of mp is being constructed nearby. School and Bharti Walmart "best price" already running nearby.
2. The builder is the ones who made select city walk mall delhi. So that takes care of it. Plus people have started living there.
3. You buy and get registry done. No chit system.

There are other options too that can be looked at but this is my pick.

P.s - I already own a plot here.
