I am vijaianand from Houston, TX. Joined the forum recently to learn, share and guide to help each other. But I have searched this forum many time in the past and never got chance to sign in.

I am basically an IT guy who consults on web development specialized in Microsoft platform. After from an IT guy, I am really passionate about money and finance. I have passed my CFP last year and also licensed as Texas realtor. I like to talk and write about money to help my friends and others through my blogs. I am self directed investors who like to do value investing both in stocks and real estate. I have invested in rental properties both in Houston and Chennai.

I hope to share my knowledge with others and also learn from others as well. My philosophy is Learn, Live and Leave a legacy
