Hi,

I am a retail banking professional. After 10 years of service realised the importanceof owning a flat when 2 weeks ago there was dispute between the RWA and tenants in our society in Indirapuram on introduction of user charges in the garb of restricting entry in the club.
The first thing i did was typing " 2 bedroom flat in indirapuram" for purchase. Then i came accross this video posted in this forum sharing the bad experience of Rajhans society. That was the day i then joined this forum as a medium to not only become aware but also make others aware about the good and bad practices being followed in this industry.

Being a BANKER I HAVE SELDOM COME ACCROSS BUILDERS WHOSE INTENTIONS ARE HONEST.....

They delay projects after collecting funds and redeploy in newer projects... after some time they abandon the project and refund the amount without interest........ some even dont refund.

So members I shall definitely share some industry info that comes my way in the benifit of all.

Having worked in India for 4-5 years, I took a career break and came abroad for an MBA and am currently working for a Fortune 500 company in Finance.

Personally, I am a risk taker (not a gambler) and a student of mass psychology. In my limited experience of the world, perception is reality and it is the emotions of fear and greed that make asset prices fluctuate. The trick to making returns (or not losing money) in any investment is to be able to read mass psychology or herd mentality and be able to decide when to join the crowd and when to abandon it (easier said than done).

I tend to be very analytical and ruthlessly numbers focused when it comes to making investment choices.
