Hi
This is with reference to my experience with Avalon Group (based in Gurgaon). This builder is presently coming up with a project in Bhiwadi (Rajasthan). Anyone looking to book an apartment with this builder, THINK AGAIN!! One of the most unprofessional dealers who have risen from the dearth of being a mere property dealing business to constructing buildings. I had booked a three bedroom flat with them. Ever since the beginning, I faced problems with the management. Talking about the management, a group of untrained staff who had no co-ordination and zero project management skiils. The Marketing man doesn't know what are the project details, the Finance guy does not know what the Marketing guy is saying and what not. All only depend on the directors (am not sure if there is one !!) who hardly are available for customer interaction. To start with, the builders didn't have any cancellation policy. They said, you have booked through the dealer, go talk to him and what not. Then, the builder offered Downpayment plan as well at the timr of booking. But now, says it can only offer Construction link plan due to some Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. A BIG LIE !!.. Alas, only this project is not been financed under downpayment plan. According to the bank, this is because the builder is not credible. The staff simply does not know what is customer service and when informed about this said, customers have problems with so many builders. Yaha to chalta hai !!.. NON SENSE... So, if you want to invest money and stay at the MERCY of this builder go ahead.. |

Bravo.....You still booked 3 bedroom flat without investing some time in understanding the project & builder.
