Beware with BPTP parkland Faridabad ...

I booked a plot 350 sq. yds in BPTP-Faridabad on Dec 28,2005.
As per payment criteria, I deposited 55% amount and I got a plot # D28-05 through lottery system on Nov. 2nd,2006.
After getting this plot number ( the best location in BPTP, near to commercial area), I did the agreement with BPTP.

After that, I deposited 10% amount installment for plot # D28-05. In respect of this installment, I received receipt and letter from BPTP mentioning some other plot #J18-06, bigger in size i.e. 374 sq. yds. In this letter, builder asked me to deposit additional amount i.e. difference of plot sizes and to do agreement again.
I was wondering how builder can change my plot without my consent. I visited builder office and tried to contact him but nobody entertained me. Then I sent a letter through speed post, fax and email but no reply from BPTP.
In the new plan, BPTP occupied our D28 lane in commercial block to get most out of it by ignoring my plot. New allotted plot J18-06 is now in remote location.
In addition to this, my old plot D28-05 was allotted to me through lottery system but I donot know what was the criteria they adopted for allocating me new plot J18-06.

Please suggests how to proceed.
