Guys especially from Delhi NCR regions, I just wish to highlight swindling by BPTP builders. Had booked the BPTP park floors and they haven't given the builders agreement yet (its been almost 8-9 months now). They have already raised the demand as per construction linked plan which was 50% of the money. Time based was 50% for which the demand had already been raised, logic which is given is that they have started construction of a few of the floors (all these are separate floors which means one is constructed there is not even a guarantee when the next would start). We shwould join and highlight the builders like these are exposed and nobdoy else is be fooled(like me.. Have already paid 5 lakhs). On top of that I had applied for 1st floor and i have been allocated 2nd floor. Their customer care is extremely rude and don't pick up the and never reply to e-mails. Others may also post their experiences. please join bptpparkfloor yahoo groups for those who are in the same boat.

Dear friends,

A lot of postings are coming in about fraudulent RE firms in the North or West. Nothing is coming out from the South side, especially Chennai? Can the members enlighten the guests and other members of such unscrupulous fraud firms taking the people for a ride in Chennai RE? It will be very much useful.

Dear All,

Dealers hired by BPTP promised to cutomers a 5-6 % discount on parkelite floors project which they are not ready to pay now. BPTP is also not doing any thing to stop this fraud. Look like they are also involved.

Any body facing this problem pls mail me on actoalok hotmail.com.

May be together we can find out some solutions.

Hi

I just get to know that still they don't have authority letter for bptp park elite floor. They are saying that they will get authority letter by Jun10.

What's it ??? they announced project 1 yr advance .. make fool of public in full light... there is no law & order ...

Can anybody pore some more light on this ???

They are not the only one. Even Omaxe sold 150 0dd flats in G.Noida without proper land. Buyers should be beware as such practise is quite common in RE industry.

For your info, BPTP defaulted and surrendered the land awarded to them in Noida.

Hi. I am also one of the customer for park elite floor(3 br luxury) .It gave a shock to read your posting ! please write more news .
