my commission amount was not returned to me...
it is a fraud being executed.. with nexus of the builder and the property dealers... even there preferred dealers are involved in the fraud... construction is there but too slow... I am regretting that I invested in this project... |

Hi ks2071746,
I booked my apt through a broker who promised me a discount of Rs. 100 per sq ft. He promised me that he will refund this amount to me as soon as he receives his commission from Dwarkadhis. Many months have passed since then and I have not yet received that amount. I am not sure if even Dwarkadhis pays his authorized brokers. There is no transparency at all. I have called Dwarkadhis several times and they have just refused to give any help. If you can give me your number, I can call you and explain the entire situation. Regards. |

I also feel one can't name a builder or any person as such, because the builder or any of his employees didnot commit you anything. Regarding the middle man and brokers, they are their to make money on you as well as the builder. So nobody should /sell anything from/to these brokers... rather touts. Their mentality is as good as a tout in railway station. The difference here is govt advertise against poor touts/frauds in railways (which is also the property of govt) but not against the rich touts or brokers of real estate. So, my friend, it is you who needs to be careful at the end. A word of a broker is never the word of a developer. Their I understand your pain, but this time talking crying foul won't serve your purpose in any way. In case of taking a concession you shlould have filled the form with rate written Rs 100/- less per unit or taken a car parking or any other facility free of cost.

how about dealing with big brokers who underwrite the whole towers....we can have a better bargain in terms of price...ur suggestions r welcome..cheers
