Hi All
I have bought the plot in Orchid paradise of Transcity Developers, I have met with the staff and the team of Transcity developers, i was comfortable to deal with them as they showed good professionalisum and quite ok with the property too as it is located in the very strategic location, iam sure it will get good appreciation in atleast 2 years. |

Dear friend,
Nice to hear good about the project from a member. More views both good and bad/doubtful if any should also come out from others to help the potential investors to suitably decide on their project investment. ks2071746 |

Dear friends,
I got a bad experience with this developers. In the booking time I booked a 30x40 site and now I am ready to register the plot, they are saying the alloted plot is already sold to some one else in higher price later on and they would give back my money with 3.5% interest of the money. I am still on discussion with them and would post the outcome here. Who are planning to invest with these developpers please be careful. Regards, |

Rajesh, can you please explain why do you find the Orchid Paradise's location STRATEGIC ??
And on what basis you say that it will give good appreciation in 2 yrs time frame ? I visited the site today and site is in the remote area. I don't see people going there and live for another 5 yrs minimum. Unless we have real demand whatever price increase you see that would be a notional value and very prone to be hit badly in case we witnessed any bubble burst in next 3-5 yrs. I don't want to discourage anybody just want to see whether or not it make sense ? |

I am considering buying a large site (50*80 or 2 40*60) with the intention
of building a vila after 5 years or so. I am looking at Devanahalli where prices are still affordable. Can anyone recommend if Orchid Paradise is a better candidate for this or should I wait for Ozone Urbana? Anyone has more details on Ozone Urbana? |

Dear friend
Can i know your name, after looking into your posting, i enquired about this with Transcity, they are telling us the registration for Orchid itself is opening in the month of May 2010, then there is no question of re alloting this to somebody, infact they asked me to give the detail info about the customer, we shall prove the information is wrong. so would request you to give the details of your booking, so that there is truth in what you say.
