Hi All,

Yesterday somebody told me about this project on Jaipur-Ajmer road with plots size ranging from 100-500 sqyd and the current price is 1290/- psqyd...u can visit their website www.avanirealtech.com for more details and plz let me know if it is advisable to invest here..thanks

Hi Dear Manoj & Abhishek,

I am a new member of this forum. though I've visited this forum numerous times for getting info on real estate. Currently invested in Bhiwadi and Faridabad.
I have a small budget left and plots by Avani seems like a good option as Ajmer Road is developing good. But, then I saw link posted by Abhishek for Avani-Non-payment.
Have anyone researched on this company any further? I am also interested in plot investment in jaipur around this price. Please share if someboady has any more information on this company.

Currently I am doing a research on this company and the project..trying to evaluate how beneficial it is to invest in these plots..will let u know as soon I have some info..
