I am finalising the deal. For self usage.

i have purchased it directly .rate 2150 inc plc .what options are you looking.

Thats good to hear. I am pursuing 2 options viz., one through builder directly (who is quoting 2100/- per sq ft) and second in re-sale (on eof my friend has already purchased a flat in mahima panorama and is considering to sell it). Again in both cases, prices offered are nearly same except that in 2nd option i will get car parking also in 2100/-
