Default Rangoli gardens

Hi

Does anybody has an idea about rangoli gardens project co-developed by Ashiana Housing and Mangalam Developers. Am staying in Mumbai and planning to invest in a flat there and any views/thoughts would be welcome.

Thanks

Default Investment in Blue Forest is a real good decision

Hi,

The chances of development of the area for this particular theme is very less and your investment will take time to boom up ,though as a suggestion i can tell you that I had just invested in the project named Blue Forest Resort jaipur which has also been rated as no.1 project for investment purpose by Times of India. Its totally a new conceptual property with the highest returns available in Real Estate Market and that too in comparative prices. This can be said as a property having comfortable living and also an earning member of family. For more details, can also visit their website www.icarusbuilders.com

Regards,
Abhay

Default Good Project at good rates

Hi,

I have looked into the financials of Ashiana and been through their Investor call-con. The promoters are very hopeful of this project as it is located very close to an existing well-established residential area (Vaishali Nagar) and has a very good planned layout. Though the entire project will take around 5 years to complete, the Phase I is expected to roll out in nearly 2 years. The mid-rise 3 bhk have skeletons ready upto 3rd floor and the excavation of Phase II high-rise is in progress.

They are quoting a price of 1830 psf right now and the upside potential of this property is really good. Expect a price of around 2200-2300 in April 2011.
