RE market (residential) in Jaipur
Hi friends, whats your opinion on real estate scenario in jaipur. I am planning to buy a flat in Nirmaan nagar and the builder is quoting ~2200/- per sq feet. Keeping in view the upcoming Mahindra SEZ and IT corridor does this city has the potential of RE appreciation?

My Haveli
Of course the Jaipur real estate market will continue to increase. One can benefit from the Mahindra location but capitalize by purchasing in the My Haveli project.
