Hi Members, Pls suggest your views about Sanjeevni CityIII - Jaipur - Tonk Road, Jaipur, I am looking forward to buy i plot in Jaipur for investment purpose. Will it be a good option for investment purpose considering 3-4 years horizon in mind.

These plots are not JDA Approved. As per Builder, They have considered JDA Provisions while developing the project. There is risk for any Non-JDA approved project.

If you can take risk then should go for this as the area is good and give good returns if there is no problem from Jaipur Authority.

Invest in good big project which is JDA Approved. If invest in Tonk Road then near to Proposed ring road else to Ajmer road. These are the places which can see some appreciation but have horizon of 3-5 years.

Try and evaluate the project and correct price that is the key.
