I am getting two deals. 300 Yard residential land in Parsvanath Narayan City, Mohana Mandi in F-BLOCK in 9000/yard. It is JDA Approved Land. The other land is 311 Yard in Narayan Sarovar, Mohana Mandi in C-Block for 8000/yard. It is 90-B land. Can any expert suggest me the better deal for Long term investment (5+ Year)

What are the prospects of the Parsvnath project? The land was handed over long back, but there does not seem to be development around the area. The builder's map indicates a few very wide roads coming through, but nothing has happened in the last few years.

Do you know if the slowdown is because of JDA, or because of the developer?

Mr. Khandelwal,
In my opinion, do not go for the builder plots. I have been observing since so many years, none of the builders have developed the properties inside and the surroundings as well. I will suggest go for the JDA or 90B approved plots which are launched directly by JDA or an approved society. For example, Shivdaspura....
