HI Friends,
Pls let me know the current plot scheme opened by JDA or any private builder in Jaipur; preferrabely towards ajmer road.... very interested to buy a plot in Jaipur due to upcoming Delhi mumbai corridor and prospectus of IT industry developement in Jaipur;; Thanks in advance for valuable suggestions. The last JDA scheme there was Anupam Vihar near Mahindra SEZ whose results were announced in August 2009. But they are yet to deliver the plots, they say demarcations are in process.
Besides JDA schemes you have plenty of private builders there. Plots, villas, flats- all are available. Yes, its true that in the near future Ajmer Road will see tremendous appreciation because of these reasons: 1) its a perfect HW - NH8 2) proximity from Central Jaipur 3) Mahindra's SEZ - the only prospective IT hub in Rajasthan 4) Ring Road project 5) Lots of Universities n colleges being setup there It would be wise to invest here. |

I have a 162 sqm plot in Anupam vihar. It cost me around 10 lakhs when i paid it in 2010.

One of my friend just bought a newly built house on Ajmer Road's Jain Vihaar, this is adjacent to JDA's Kamla Nehru Nagar.
The house in 90B , and he we bought that at the rate of 11k/sqm.There are many options of builder floors, flats n houses on that block. I visited the site yesterday, its not that far, just 7km from Sodala. Also many people have shifted there and the place looks promising. |

Can you please explain, what it means if project is 90B approved ? does it mean that project doesnot fall under JDA jurisdiction? I am really confused what is real difference between project being JDA approved and other project having CLU under 90B approved. Zorin: what is current construction status of this project? how far from mahindra SEZ ? Thanks |

Got an email about some plots at ajmer road
PLOT SIZE ;- 200SQYD. Rate: 500/- per sqyd ( 50/- is EDC) TOTAL COST OF LAND :- 100,000/- REGISTRY AMT :- 25% OF TOTAL AMOUNT ( 25000) BALANCE PAYMENT:-75000/- SIX MONTH INSTALLMENT AMT. :- 12500 Home - RAJASTHANS GROUP Would this investment be worth after 5 years? |
