Hi,

Does anyone have idea about eisha zenith ? location is behind Indira college... Recently that area is covred by PCMC .. i want to know about the growth prospectus of that area.. projects seems good .. hinjewadi and wakad connectivity is good..any inputs regarding this ?

I went to Eisha Zenith Booking office yesterday and inquired about the rate and possession. Rate they are quoting is 2900/- and negotiated till 2800/-. Can anyone tell me is it worth? Possession is in Nov 2011.

In future how is the property appreciation expected in that area?

dont go for eisha zenith .You can live there from 7 to 8 years afterward
If you get flat there upto 25 to 27 lacks then you can go for investment.
but above 30.
go for palash(38lkhs)-2bhk
,park street(min 40 lkhs) -- 2bhk
nandan inspera-41lkhs

though above price are high but location of the project is prime.

main problem with eisha zenith is that connectivity.

Ask builder how to go eisha-zenith to pune center.
there are only one service road .and we need use wronge side to travel.
so think such risky place.

Probelm in registration process of Eisha Zenith

Delay in the process ....

All the members were waiting from last year but not a single registration took place for Eisha Zenith.

Nobody is in contact from Builder side......

Never called us and confirmed regarding registration problem.


Even Sample flat is not ready....After a year .....

Dear Sandeep,

First of all Thank you for taking initiative.

After visiting the site, please update the status and if possible try to contact builder.

For next two weeks , I will be busy with my project, after that if possible we all will plan to visit builder again (may be on 27/11/2010 ( Saturday ) or 28/11/2010 ( Sunday ).

For your information.

20 days back, One of my friend booked flat in Mega Polis project ( Hinjewadi ). He received an agreement, which was signed by him and now it is processed for final registration.

In month of June prices in Mega Polis are around 27,00,000 and right now it is around 35,00,000 and same thing is applicable to all the projects.

As per my information, In Pune, for all the projects, registration will be done in max two months period. We have already waited for a very long period. Now it is very high time.
We should meet builder and ask for final dates.

As per current situation, it seems that there is either property acquisition problem or building structure problem or some other major problem. As builder is still not completing sample flat may be he is also not clear about registration.

Main point is there is no written communication from builder saying that the registration will start in end of November. There is no end date for this issue.

Hi,

Today I have contacted Mr.Rajesh and Tejashree. But they don't know about registration dates......

Sample flat is not ready..... One month more required to complete the task....they have took One Year...still work is in progress.........................

I asked for confirmation in writing regarding registration, why there is a delay in the process ? why builder is not contacting us ?
