dont u think the difference between 4500 & 3200 is a bit too much.. it may end up discouraging potential buyers to buy in block 1,2 or 3. they would prefer to buy in block 4 rather than 1,2 or 3 when the difference is 1300psft.. anyways 4500 rate seems a little unjustified for a location like yamuna expway.. 3000-3500 seems more realistic..

Ansh, I was interested in booking one more unit in block 2 around july last year, but blocks 1,2 and 3 were fully sold out. Back then I was not aware of Block 4. However in my personal opinion, the price difference is well justified due to the differences in location and interiors of the units.

Not just Jaypee but other builders are about to review prices early this year and 4500 psf seems to be on lower end to the upcoming rates in that area. If you have a booking, hang tight as things are booming in that area.

any idea when is jaypee claiming to give possession.. both for phase 1 & phase 2?

I last called in to ask, and they said mid 2013 - running 3/4 months behind, which is typical.

Hi All
I have booked 2 flats in Kassia in nov last year in block 4 . I foresee better appreciation for projects arnd F1 track due to international visibility and these projects will be bench mark for jay pee as they will be seen keenly both by media , investors and corporate houses every time there is a F1 . Hope it reaches maximum appreciation and give us all better appreciation than other projects in Noida on express way . I think security will be better than many other sectors

Do you guys feel the departure of Mayawati will have a significant impact on Jaypee projects in sports city?? I am really sceptical..

Its like old pple say in politics / business relationship . If politicians change then for businessman its only the name change to whom he has to make friends with . Hope that answers your query . Jaypee is not a road side / fly by night developer . im an NRI so as investment in real estate i wld go with the market leader . Im sure with F1 success they will pay more attention to sports city as they can make money faster here . watch the prices go with every F1 race . Also to make good money you shld look for a horizon of at least 5 years .

I am still to receive the demand notice for "on start of escavation " . Both my flats are in Block 4 . may be basement slab of Block 1 / 2 / 3 has been completed

They said the demand for "on start of escavation" will be coming only by June 2012 . This is what they are saying today . 2 weeks back they sent a mail that it will come by mid march .
