Ya I called them. They are waiting for UP government clearance before offering possession. I would assume it may take anytime between a month to a year or two.

Any idea whether the plans for Kassia have been approved or not? As per yesterday's Times of India's front page article, only 2 projects have got the necessary approvals out of total 18. is yamuna expressway headed the noida ext way?

just copy pasting mod reply on this who seems to have better insights than us

Jaypee got land free of cost in lieu of construction of Yamuna Expressway.... this was also cleared by SC in last year May.. so I guess... no issue with Jaypee... current Govt can only delay the project like opening of yamuna expressway... but I dont think other risk involved with Jaypee..

that gives some relief. however, we should confirm that with jaypee crm. also, even if there is no risk with jaypee, i think the overall rates in the entire area will take a hit due to this - and the appreciation in kassia rates will also be slower now.

Normally these guys reply within 1 wrking day / answer phn calls . I personally have spoken to all the kassia CRM guys . Never faced a issue till date .
