No Bhai this one in some previous post . No official confirmation . All were blaming kassia IT pple for this . check previous post in the thread . On website it still shows 3200 for block 1 -3 .

I dont think any builder is selling any project at >4000 in that area. so it has to be 3200 and not 4500 for block 1,2,3.. just my pov..

jaypee quoted prices r always higher than it sells at.......so may be 4500 price is the quoted and selling around 3500

I called in to check on the prices with one of the officers (not crm, as they are useless). Price on their website are outdated and incorrect. Vimal, you are correct...they are in vicinity of 4.5
