Jaypee Greens has announced the launch of Kassia Sports City-Personal Suite located along Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida. The project is located in Jaypee Greens Kassia Sports City in close proximity to the upcoming Formula One Racing Circuit. It will also be close to boulevard style roads.

No jaypee projects are worth to invest untill they will not increase pace of construction.

Lot of risk with jaypee. If mayawati loss election then investment in jaypee will be completely risky

jaypee brand completely lost when they entered into resedential project

No management and control

Brand name can save you only maximum up to 2 to 3 years but if they will not increase pace of construction then jaypee will be completely collapse

FAIRLY HARSH STATEMENTS for someone who hasnt dealt with Jaypee..& also..about the mayawati statement..A CORPORATE doesnt rely on its projects depending on govt(but the other way around)

Default Owner of Kassia

I have recently purchased jaypee kassia apartment.. It is on the first floor..
I got it at a price of 3300 BSP minus broker's discount and Race tickets for the whole year..
It seems to be a good investment if the cricket stadium, night safari and the KMP expressway starts as promised by the authorities...

Your views are welcome.. what are the expected appreciations in the long term 3-5yrs time..

Regards

AKash

Dear friends, I do not want to discourage any of you who already invested in any of Jaypee project but builders like Jaypee, Supertech & whole bunch of others are extremely responsible for ruining Indian property market. They keep launching new projects every second day & constructions not even started on half of their sites. I see people like us loosing their hard earned money saved for affordable housing when this property bubble bursts which seems very near now, considering the rough patch Indian economy going through. GDP gone down to its 2 year low, rupee value down to almost 3 years, these are all indications of 2012 being real tough for us Indians.

Again sorry in advance if you find my comments not being positive but I have my own reasons as unable to find a decent 3BHK under 40 lacs to LIVE ( not for resale or investment).

I got a price of 3,300(inclduing PLC for first floor) minus 4%.. Other charges are 233.. Car parking and club membership adds to another 300,000..
So its almost Rs 3400 plus 300,000.

They are giving a split AC in every room.. Wooden flooring and a modular kitchen too..

Possession is scheduled for 3.5yrs.. lets see whats the progress..

I have a booking in Kassia myself and am pleased with the price escalation so far. IMHO JayPee's focus on quality goes without saying, as I have personal experience with their other projects.

They recently launched a new block - KASSIA Block 4 and they opened the rates around 3200 psf. The prices for KASSIA Blocks 1, 2 and 3 that were launched last year are in the range of 4500 psf.

Let's just wait for Y-Xpressway to start and see the effect on the prices.

The reason for block 4 to have a lower bracket of pricing is primarily due to its location dimensions.

I found this link on their website, where they mention the ongoing price:
