Default Jaypee Kosmos

With experience of some of the buyers of Jaypee Kosmos, its now evident that there are some serious problems in Jaypee Kosmos Project. Specially related to approvals of the layout plans & some internal poor management issues within Jaypee. I agree, its a very big risk to enter into any project with Jaypee Group. They are not at all sensitive to customers and are hiding very crucial grey areas of this project.

Dear Amit.. so far as the progress of the Klassic project is concerned, they have already started the excavation. After this how they will handle the pace of work is a million dollor question. If it finishes in time, its really going to be a Wishtown, else .....

Jaypee Klassic - Launched in Nov'2008 it's been more than a year - pace of construction is slow - quite slow - not even basement completed if you see sapphire & others launched in 2009 2nd quarter they have reached upto 3-4 floors from basement ..do you think Jaypee can deliver these project in time ? moreover...surprisingly, launching new project each quarter.

I expect Klassic delivery 2 and a half years to three years from now. Kosmos 3 and a half to 4 years from now.

Kensington heaven knows when.

Jaypee site in NOIDA is the biggest construction site I have ever seen, very very massive.

Bound to take time.

Thumbs down Jaypee Kensington vs. Lotus Panache

I am existing customer of jaypee kosmos. I know jaypee is struggling a lot to manage the 1100 acres jaypee greens project. Existing customers are also notmuch happy the way kosmos / klassic projects are moving.

I suggest a strict NO to any of the jaypee's project. Rather look for 3C Lotus Panache. Its much more customer oriented group.
