Hi All ,

I have certain strong queries for JP ...First is that Out of so many Projects started by JP , even not a single 1 has been completed ..

They have laid down their eggs in too many baskets..They are doing this ..doing that ..Taj Expressway , Cosmos , Klassic & sports city ..My concern is that as soon as Samajwadi Party gets into Powers of Corridor ..JP group is in trouble...Mayawati has been backing JP and thats why they have made a whole lot of buzz in Noida and Greater Noida ...

Its really risky to go with them ..Group members , pls opine ...

Dear KK, it has nothing to do with the govt. Tha land has already been transferred to jaypee on lease by noida authority & this has happened a way back. Jaypee greens is a very big project ( 1100 acres) will certainly take 3-4 years to take some shape. Comparing with other projects / builders mushrooming in Noida, Jaypee is the most strong & reliable one.

Jaypee klassic was being delivered in 2011 ....go see the condition now. I went to the actual site ..kosmos n klassic..no chance they can give it by 2012 even!!

I went and saw the construction of Jaypee Klassic recently. Work pace seems to have improved a lot now. A couple of the towers have completed to the 2nd floor (2nd floor roof slab is being laid). So it seems that Jaypee might just meet the promised 2012 deadline on this.

Some projects like Pavilion Court and Heights and villas are definately progressing well and I see being delivered by 2012....

Others only in the year(s) ahead....

Yamban, I have recently booked in Pavilion Court tower 16.

JP have shown too bigger a dream of a wish town ... but when it ll come true god only knows ... my estimate is that they will delays all projects by not less than couple or more yrs but once JP will deliver WISH town .. then it really will be a jealousy for anybody else .

GOOD for long terms investment ( May be 6-8 Yrs ) .. if somebody has that much of patience .

I have booked a 2bhk flat in Jaypee Keingston park at Rs 2970 with a discount of 7% ( 3% + 4% credit note) . I did this with an investment orinetation. I am worried about the progress of the project. Can some one tell me whether is a good investment or bad investment and what is the probability of completing the project in time. What will be the return after the pocession.

I have also booked a 2 bhk flat in same project. Hopefully we will get possession on time.

To all the Jaypee Customers here, Jaypee is not going to deliver even a single project on time.

There is Expressway and F1 for them as the highest priority as being time bound and elections.

No Doubt Jaypee project would be the best in longer term. You need to have patience and long term view.
