After a full one year search I have booked an apartment in jaypee kasa isles. Excavation work has started and I am quite sure that now as jaypee projects are pacing up on construction this will complete in 3 yr.

Jaypee is not going to complete any project in time. Pavillion Courts, Klassic, Imperial, Kosmos all are getting 1.5-2 years delays... Kassa Isles would be the same.

I think jaypee will not able to complete even before 7 years.

Huge loss of interest. If we include interest then jaypee property will be 3 times costly than any other property in noida

Jaypee has started lot of projects so I don't think he will be able to complete any project before 10 years.

He is simply earning interest. Some of its projects not even approved from Noida authority. Floor plan and site plan can be changed.

The Just make people fool and get their harden earn money and worst customer care i have ever seen. They are worst than Govt. department.
