Jaypee Sports City Complaints - We haven't received full and final payment letter

We haven't received full and final payment letter after 4 months.
Hello,

I am first time raising any compaint on this link; I have booked a plot in Jaypee Sports City in Country Homes and I have submitted a 2 checks which is for full and final due amount on the dated 22nd Jan. 2012; as promissed dated I should have no dues letter in next 2 to 3 days after clearing the cheques but still I haven`t received that no dues letter, due to this I will not able to get possession of my property. Their customer care was most un professional and they did not bothered how many times you contact them their seniors also did not do anything after contact them so many times.
Please suggest me, I tried so many time to contact through e-mail and personally visited their office but they haven`t reply.
