On the way to Ghanapur from Annojiguda, on Warangal Highway from Hyderabad,Modi Builders prestigious housing project is located at one kilometre distance with construction of Ultra Delux Apartments called EMERALD HEIGHTS and Duplex/Villas. It will become bigger township in next couple of years. At the distance of one kilometre from Modi's project and beside KPR Engineering College at Ghanapur, a gated community site with sale of residential plots is located with facilities like underground drainage, wate tank, black tap on wider roads, street lighting. The company will also provide amenities like Swimming Pool, Club House, Children park etc. in the site. The company is quoting 4,300 rupees per square yard. It can, it seems, be
negotiated.

the distance from Singapore Sanskruti
township and New Infosys Tech.
campus ? ?

What about the news of project of Infosys
in Pocharam ?

When will the first phase be completed,

Residential Plots - Singapore City and Infosys Campus at Pocharam

This site is the gated community site located on Power Grid road at Ghanapur, which is at the distance of 1 1/2 kilometre from Modi Township, 2 km. from main/Highway Road and 3 km. from Singapore City and Raheja IT Park. The
infrastructure and aminities being provided are above the norms of HUDA in conmpliance of vaasthu with wider roads. Residential plots being quoted at present is 4300 rupees per yard.

The upcoming new and largest campus of IT major, INFOSYS Technologies is located behind Singapore City, where the security personnel of Infosys is seen for their project work, which has started in the second week of August 2008.

So far the completion of first phase of Infosys is concerned, it is learnt that it may complete by November 2009 and nearly 2000 professional and
non-professional will be recruited for operation of activities in early 2010.
