Yes - I do accept that 'Sky is the limit for Raheja Group' and 'Giving shape to Concrete Jungle'. For last couple years I have been watching Raheja's project work at Pocharam village in Greater Hyderabad on Warangal Highway, which is called as 'Mindspace IT park'. It is highlight to the Singapore Township (Sanskruti Township), as it is located beside each other. It is also learnt that commercial operations will start shortly with employment of 2000 professionals in IT/ITES and software fields. Another highlight is the proposed Infosys Technologies campus behind Raheja's Mindspace IT park, in about 400 acres of land, the project work of which would start in two months, according to the statement of CEO, Infosys Technologies at Hyderabad in last June.

Taking the advantage of fast project work of Raheja group and upcoming Infosys campus at Pocharam, the real estate trend has grown substantially. As a result Duplex and Apartment/Flats project of Modi Builders has been in progress on Ghanapur road from Annojiguda. Open land rates have also gone up significantly. One New Gated Community Venture for sale of open plots and construction of duplex/independent Houses with modern/latest amenities and wider roads is upcoming very shortly in Ghanapur, which is at the distance of 2 1/2 km from Annojiguda/Pocharam.

I see how hard this agent is pushing in selling his deal..If anyone of us browses around we can find that he has been smartly trying to sell his plots with the same details....Please be cautions and restrain yourself from paying the amount of money they are trying to sell it off for..i.e for 4100 Sqyard..They are trying to build hype and push the prices.....
