If City Centre 2 is your dream location, then pl reasearch more ( site visits etc ) on the following names that I can identfy for you-

1. The Signature
2. Emerald Garden
3. Fortune Square
4. Titli, Rajarhat
5. Sapphire Garden
6. Mapple
7. Mukul Shanti Garden

And though some of them may not have 1 BR , but will have 2BR. So definitiely can be on a general buyer's radar. If you are a desperate bargain hunter like me, then travel across the Chinar Park area ( very close to City Centre 2) to find more local developers ( sometimes low prices !!) where Commerical activity has and will continue to push capital values of muli-story apartment.

I am in a similar situation, looking at flats in madhyamgram. This is a more economical option as compared to raj arhat I find. Better returns in a quicker time frame can be expected.

If QUICK return is your objective, then Chinar Park is the place to be.

Maybe you can also check out Xanadu .. IIRC, they had studio and 1/2 bhk apartments..

I was researching last year & Xanadu looked good on paper. Mind it that I have not visited the area. Take a drive down & see for yourself.

Dear Bareja01,

I have just booked a 3bhk flat in Susheila Apartments in Madhyamgram - near to doltala bus stop. They also have 1bhk ready to move in.

The builder is upcoming and very genuine. The firm is also building a 5 star resort in the adjoining property, meaning the investment will sky rocket. This is not public news yet.

Other properties in madhyamgram, as per my research, are aponaloy, aryan towers, srijan midlans, pushpakalay.

I think madhyamgram is a great option given the proximity to upcoming and existing metro stations as well as rajarhat connector.

Hope this helps
