Tulip Grand is being offered at 42 lakhs for 2 BHK ...am i correct and if so why so high prices and is not TDI undervalued than

No the price of RTM 2 bhk flat in tulip grand is Rs 31.00 lacs including every thing . I had visited today and had been offwer this price tag for the same .

Friends I got 16.5 Lakhs (in white) to invest. I already have a 250 sq. yd. plot in Kundli 'K' Block.

Can I find something in this budget in or around TDI kundali?

Please suggest!

Current Rates in TDI Kundli are as follows:-

H,I,J,,k Blocks -- 23K to 26K.
D,E,F Blocks --- 33K to 36 K

Plus EDC and IDC

Enquired rates of H AND I block in TDI, they have increased from last month, do not who is spreading the false messages that rates in Kundli are falling. I can share few sites from 2008/ 2009/2010/ 2011 and current rates to show how rates have constantly increased for plots for similar locations. What was selling for 12 k last year in H block is not available for 24k...............Even the deadliest project Express city is selling for 18-19k...........Kundli is hot and spicy despite the slowdown what the great analysts say..........

Everyone has right to share opinions. Also there can be some people looking for bargain hunt by posing negative sentiment in a hope to buy at cheap price. or
There could be other side of thoughts with conflict of interest in some other region trying to highlight other region by claiming that Kundli is worthless.

Brothers, when somebody says that according to Kundli guys, there is no recession in Kundli and in fact, prices always rise here as they are doing now according to you people only, you take offence.
When I say, Kundli is the only place where demand-supply logic doesn't apply, stagnation in incomes and high inflation should have no effect, then also you take offence.
When property websites are full of sellers selling plots in H-blk between 22-23k with no separate demand for EDC/IDC, still it is claimed that on ground prices are far higher and in fact, rising. One can understand brokers there spreading disinformation and confusion but what can be the reasons for members here to do the same is really baffling. Please clarify.
