You are right Anurag! Its been an endless wait. It might open partially from Manesar to Palwal in 1 year time but Kundli-Manesar stretch does not seem to be getting ready in < 3 years time or maybe more.

ajay : the whole KMP expressway at maximum . would be open by 2013 ..
going for any property in kundli-sonepat region one should have a horizon of atleast 4 years ..

Saurav, I wish your words come true. I am sure, price will take a big jump whenever that happens. Kundli/ Sonepat to airport will be 30 min drive then.

ahmm brother the govt is taking serious measures now to ensure the work get completed as soon as possible .. That is why i am sure about the time now ..

Guys - Can anyone help me in scoping Industrial plot in Barhi vs Rai vs Kundli

Based on feedback from this forum and external sources - Rates are higher in Kundli followed by RAI and Then Barhi

a) Does anyone know current rate psy in three area please
b) What's yr view on Barhi ?

Rates in kundli are 14k psqyd
In rai : around 10k psqyd ..
In barhi ;7000 psqyd ..
If budget is not a matter then go for kundli ..
But if budget constraint then go for rai ..
It is located near to kmp as compared to kundli .. And is cheaper as compared to that .. Another plus point is there are many properties in rai in which registry can be done ..
Kundli and rai both are good and well planned .. Green is well maintained in rai ..
while barhi is in very far off location so better consider other two options ..
